Congratulations, you’re getting ready to roll Teampay out. To help with that, here are some tips your fellow customers have used in communicating
Announce Teampay at a company meeting:
A company-wide meeting, such an all-hands or town hall, is a quick way to introduce Teampay to your organization. We suggest:
- Communicating the general approval policy chain and any amount-based limits
- Reviewing what types of requests should be going through Teampay
- If you’re transitioning from another system or sunsetting one, talk through the changes
- Making a sample purchase request IRL
- Bonus: Show your team the tutorial command on Slack
Create a Slack channel for Teampay related questions (Slack only):
A dedicated Slack channel for Teampay questions can help facilitate easy discussion and answering of questions amongst your team. We suggest pinning important things to the top of the channel, such as:
- Policies or instructions around Teampay
- Guides around usage
- Links to Teampay’s help center
Ongoing support for Teampay:
Have a question? Our help center is a great place to start. If you don’t find the answer to your question, never fear!
We offer both email and chat support for our users. We always suggest that end users reach out to their admin or designated individual(s) first, but if you need help, here’s how you can reach us!
- Email us at support@teampay.co
- Chat us via the web app (chat icon at the bottom right hand of the page)
- Chat us on Slack by typing help or operator
