Locating PO

Where do I find my purchase order?

You can find your Purchase orders from two locations within Teampay. You can navigate to your Request tab or your Committed tab.

Request Tab:

First, you'll want to login to your Teampay.co Dashboard:

1. Next, head over to your 'Requests tab'
2. Then, tap you can toggle between 'Sent' request or 'Team' request depending on if the PO belongs to you or a teammate.
3. Then, you'll want to filter the request by Type is Purchase Order

All older requests regardless of status (approved/rejected) will live towards the bottom on the page.

Committed

1. You'll want to tap 'Committed' at the top of your page
2. Next, you'll want to filter your view by Status is Open and Payment is Purchase Order
3. Then you'll select the desired Purchase Order
