Refunds

Refunds By Card Type:

One-time/Single-use - Since one-off cards close after the first transaction, the refund cannot go on a deactivated card. The funds from the refund will be returned to your Teampay holding account.

Card on File/Multiple-times - The refund will return to the card as long as the card is still open. If the card has been closed, the refund will go to your Teampay holding account.

Recurring - The refund will return to the card as long as the card is still open. If the card has been closed, the refund will go to your Teampay holding account.

*for all card types, the refund will appear under Transaction History for the card.
