Transaction Page
Once a virtual card is ‘swiped’, aka used at a vendor, a corresponding Transaction immediately appears. You can begin by navigating to your app.teampay.co dashboard:
Next, it should automatically population your processed transactions page
From this page, you have the ability to review and revise most of the details of your transactions to ensure proper coding into your ERP. This page will also let you know if any of your transactions haven't synced over into your connected ERP.
Filtering
Filtering allows you to create any combination of dimensions to easily find the transactions you're looking for.

Next, you can select the parameters you want to set to review all transactions within that view.
You can also filter by lowest to highest or A-Z by tapping this icon near the dimension you want to sort.
Configuring
Configuring allows you to review specific dimensions: To begin, you'll want to tap .
- Next, you'll want to select "Configure Table' from this drop-down
- Now, you can toggle off/on the dimensions that you want to review on your Transaction tab
3. Select "save"
Recoding
You also have the flexibility to recode your transactions to make sure they sync over correctly into your accounting integration. To begin, you want to select the transaction you want to update.
- Next, you want to hover over the dimension that you wish to revise.
- You'll see a small pencil appear - this allows you to update the coding on the transaction.
Note: If you are unable to update the transaction dimensions - reach out to Support to have the setting enabled.
