Groups
Approval groups bring together a group of employees and assign a team member that can either approve or deny the request. Requests made by members of this approval group will be routed to this approver.
Creating a New Group:
- Navigate to the Teams tab and click Groups
- Select Create Group
- Enter the Group name and assign an Approver
4. To assign users, select them via the checkboxes, and hit Assign to Group
Editing a Group:
- Select a group
- Update the name or approver of the group
- You can also reassign a user to another group
Inviting External Users (on the People tab)
Want to grant access to someone not on your team? Hit Invite User, on the People tab, to send them an invitation.
