Good news! We SSO directly with Slack and GSuite, which means no additional user upkeep for you! When users are added to those directories, they will also gain access to Teampay. When they leave the company and are deactivated, their access to Teampay will automatically be revoked. Simple as that!
If you're attempting to connect a user who doesn't have full slack access, you can begin by navigating to your Teampay Dashboard;
- Select Teams
- Tap People
- Select Invite Users under the list of Groups you have created
The user will receive an email with instructions on how to access Teampay.
Note; If your user doesn't have full slack access they WILL NOT be able to login into teampay via Slack. You will NEED to invite them through an external link.
