Ordering Catalyst

If you’re an Admin, you can order a Catalyst Card by Navigating to the ‘Physical Cards’ tab on your Teampay.co Web App home screen:

1. Next, you’ll want to select ‘Order New Card’
2. You’ll want to input all relevant card details on the request page. Be sure to select ‘Catalyst’ when selecting from the physical card type dropdown.

3. Tap ‘Submit’
4. Once you place the Catalyst card order - the designated cardholder will receive a Slack notification to download the app.

3. Your designated cardholder can access their virtual card number once they’ve successfully downloaded the Teampay IOS App and verified their credentials.
