Accessing your Virtual Card Number

Once your Catalyst Card has been ordered - you’ll now have the ability to use the card before receiving your physical Catalyst card in the mail. Once a Catalyst Card has been ordered - you’ll receive a Slack notification that gives you access to download the Teampaygo IOS App. Once you’ve successfully downloaded the app - you can now begin using the virtual card. To begin, you’ll want to navigate to the Card screen in your IOS App;

1. Next, you’ll want to tap the image of the Catalyst Card to access your card details page.
2. Once you’ve opened your Card details page, you will want to select the ‘Generate new card number’ button under the ‘Online payments’ section
3. Enter a description of the new purchase you are making and tap 'Generate card Number'
4. You can now use your virtual card number to make online purchases!

Canceling Virtual Card Number

You can cancel a Generated Card number by navigating to the Card details page of your Teampay IOS App.

1. Next, you'll want to scroll down to the ‘Online Payments’ section
2. Then, you’ll want to select the generated card number you wish to cancel
3. Next, select the ‘Cancel card number’ button

 

Adjusting Funds on your Catalyst Card

You can add additional funds to your card directly from the IOS App. To begin, you’ll want to open the app on your main card page.

1. Next, you will want to select the ‘Adjust Funds’ button
2. Next, you will want to add the additional funds by entering the amount on the ‘Add Amount’ line
3. Then select ‘ Send request’
4. Once the request is approved you’ll receive a Slack notification letting you know the amount on your card has been adjusted and it’s ready for use!

 

Locking/Unlocking Catalyst Card

You now have the ability to instantly lock your Catalyst card in the event that it becomes Lost or Stolen. You can do this by navigating to your Teampay IOS app and tapping into the ‘Card details’ screen.

1. Next, you’ll want to scroll down to the Physical Card section of your Card details page
2. Then, you’ll want to tap ‘Lock card’

[a]We should emphasize that these card numbers should be used for online purchases. They can use Apple Pay for physical purchases.
