Locking/Unlocking Catalyst Card

You now have the ability to instantly lock your Catalyst card in the event that it becomes Lost or Stolen. You can do this by navigating to your Teampay IOS app and tapping into the ‘Card details’ screen.

1. Next, you’ll want to scroll down the 'Physical Card' section of your Card details page
2. Then, you’ll want to tap ‘Lock card’
3. You'll receive a prompt confirming that you want to lock your Catalyst Card
4. Tap to confirm
