Whether you’re transitioning to a new spend management platform, or simply decided Teampay wasn’t the right choice for your organization, we want to make sure the transition of the platform is as smooth as possible.
When you’re ready to terminate Teampay’s services, you must contact your Customer Success Manager to initiate the process.
ANNUAL SUBSCRIBERS
As an annual subscriber to Teampay, you will have prepaid for access to our platform for the entirety of your contract. If you do not alert us prior to your contract end date, your service will automatically renew within 24 hours. If you want to stop using Teampay prior to your contract end date, please contact your CSM for further steps.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIBERS
As a monthly subscriber, you must reach out to Teampay within 30 days of your next billing cycle date to request account cancellation. We do not issue pro-rated refunds.
Prior to your cancellation date, we recommend you complete the following steps:
- export all of your transactions from your online dashboard
- identify any active and recurring cards & subscriptions
- notify your employees when Teampay will stop working
- solidify a transition plan for your migration plan
On your contract termination date, we will close your account and any active cards. Any remaining unused funds in your Teampay account will be refunded to your linked bank account within 3-4 business days.
