Receipt Notifications
The first receipt notification comes immediately after the card is used. The second notification/reminder comes 24 hours after that. Depending on your organization’s settings, you might receive additional notifications.
Missed, or forgot to upload the first few times? No problem.
- On Slack, simply drop a receipt to the Teampay bot, and a list of recent transactions to choose from will appear.
- On the web, navigate to the transaction and click the paper icon next to the vendor name. Receipts are attached by clicking on the receipt icon.
Clicking the icon brings up the transaction reconciliation page. Any mandatory categorization fields (ex: category, department, custom dimension) are available to edit, and you can click or drag a receipt file into the box.
Supported file types for receipts:
- JPG
- PNG
- .docx (standard Microsoft word format)
- .doc (legacy Microsoft word format)
- .odt (open document text format)
- .xlsx (standard excel format)
- .xls (legacy excel format)
- .ods (open document spreadsheet format)
- .csv
Notifications for plastic or SVB cards
Plastic card transactions appear in Teampay once they have cleared. This could take 3-4 business days after swipe date, depending on the merchant.
Once the transactions clear, a reconciliation message from Teampay. Categorization options and receipt attach options will appear for the latest batch of cleared transactions.
