Currently, Teampay needs full access to add new vendors to your accounting software.
You can, however, use our rules engine to set restrictions on new vendors before a transaction is made.
For example, if a request is made for a new vendor not currently in your vendor list, you can setup a rule that auto-rejects the purchase request or re-directs the purchase request to be approved by an accountant. In the second scenario, an accountant can then proactively add a vendor to your accounting software before approving.
When the transaction syncs, Teampay should match the transaction to an existing vendor instead of creating a new one.
