Managing your Custom Dimension
Dimension management allows you to add/update your Custom Dimensions if your ERP supports this. In this section, you can add, edit and enable custom dimension in Teampay and dimensions that we sync directly from your ERP.
*note - if your ERP doesn’t support a custom dimension - then we will not sync those over to your accounting integration
Adding a Custom Dimension
You can add/sync custom dimensions under the ‘Custom Dimension’ section on Accounting settings.

Editing Synced Dimensions
You can also manage the Customer Dimensions that you have synced from your ERP.
- You can disable them by selecting the toggle

- Additionally, you can update the categories within the custom dimension by selecting the
. Once you tap the setting icon. Once you select the configure icon you’ll have the ability to disable and enable your custom dimension accounts:
