Logging in via Slack SSO

First time logging into Teampay or experiencing an issue with your Slack authentication?

Follow these steps to ensure your user profile is being successfully authenticated.

Logging in using Slack

1. Navigate to app.teampay.co. If this is not your first time and you've been experiencing an issue, open an Incognito/Private browsing window and then navigate to app.teampay.co.

2. Enter your company email and click Next.

3. You should then be prompted to Sign in with Slack.

4. Next, enter your organization's Slack workspace name and select Continue. Unsure of the workspace name to use? Check below for steps in locating the name or reach out to a member of your team.

5. Finally, proceed with the authentication method your team uses to sign in to Slack. This is typically the top option on the below page (i.e. Sign in with Google)

6. Complete the authentication by proceeding through your team's single sign-on initiated on the previous page.

7. You may be prompted to grant Teampay permission to access your Slack workspace, select Allow. Once granted, voila! You should be successfully logged in to Teampay.

Locating your team's Slack workspace

1. Navigate to your Slack app.

2. Ensure you are toggled to the correct Slack workspace on the left-hand side of your application.

3. Click your team's name to display the URL (i.e. yourcompany.slack.com). This is what will be used in Step 4.
