Role Overview
There are 4 types of user roles within Teampay, with visibility scoped differently for each.
Admin (full access)
Can view all requests for the organization
Can view and edit coding on all transactions for the organization
Can export transactions for the organization
Can view and edit Groups and Rules
Can access Vendor reporting and Spend Summary
Can access Settings (includes bank account summary, accounting integration, purchase request, and receipt capture, etc)
Accountant (limited view access)
Can view all requests for the organization
Can view and edit coding on all transactions for the organization
Can export transactions for the organization
Cannot make requests, unless they are part of the company and are also a regular requestor
Approver (limited view access to their approval group)
Can make and see their own requests, and those of users within their approval group
Can see their own transactions and those of users within their approval group Requestor (access to self only)
Requestor
Can make and see their own requests
Can see their own transactions
